Tatiana Chopova Oerlemans – Operating Advisor

Tatiana is an investor, board member, and advisor to companies, investment managers, and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as Director and Board Member of Azimo and Supervisory Board Member of Goede Doelen Nederland, the association representing over 200 Dutch charities.

Tatiana has also worked with Blossom Capital, a leading European venture capital fund, where she supported the founder from the start-up stage and later served as CFOO / Operating Partner and Advisor. Previously, she spent 14 years at AlpInvest Partners, where she was Partner and Managing Director, helping the firm grow from an innovative collaboration between two Dutch pension funds into one of the world’s largest private equity investors, later acquired by The Carlyle Group. At AlpInvest, she invested in a broad range of managers globally and led initiatives focused on emerging managers and climate-related investments. Earlier in her career, Tatiana worked at McKinsey & Co and Credit Suisse.
