Rowan brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of impact investing, climate finance, and philanthropic capital. He has built communities and mobilized capital for climate, financial innovation, and social impact initiatives. 

Rowan leads the Ecosystem team, cultivating Featherlight's relationships and brand across the climate investment community. These collaborative networks are a core driver of our business and investment success. Rowan also contributes to fundraising and investor relations; manager sourcing and diligence; and value creation.

• 20+ years in family office governance, investments, and climate philanthropy 
• Co-founder and CEO of The Conduit (impact-focused members club)
• Founded Regenerative Investment (impact & mission-related investing) 
• Co-founder of The ImPact, Member, CREO Syndicate; Mentor, Unreasonable Group
• Education: BA Economics & Sustainable Development, Columbia University; Impact Finance Innovations, Oxford Saïd Business School
