Patrick Lynch – Partner, CEO

Patrick has over 25 years of private markets experience at some of the most sophisticated institutional investors. He has built businesses and teams, led over 60 investments ($6.7bn) and served on investment committees overseeing approximately $40bn of private markets commitments.

As Chief Executive Officer, Patrick is responsible for Featherlight’s firm-wide strategy, operations, governance, and organizational development. He works with the leadership team to ensure disciplined execution of Featherlight’s business strategy and with the investment team to support consistency across the firm’s investment process and continued development of Featherlight’s manager-support and value-creation capabilities.

• Co-Founder, Partner & Head of Private Equity at Fiera Comox (building and overseeing a global PE strategy)
• Head of Funds & Partnerships at La Caisse (led global PE funds program, secondaries, strategic partnerships and PE impact initiative)
• Founding member of Mubadala Capital, Abu Dhabi (built $multi-billion funds and GP stakes portfolio, and led global strategic partnerships)
• Board roles at Fiera Comox, Golden Pear, Clearway, Masdar Capital, Verno Capital, The Raine Group
• Early career at: TD Capital Private Equity Investors, Mercer Management Consulting, AlixPartners
• Education: MBA, Harvard Business School; B.Comm, McGill University.
